Juan Rio Salvador – Founder
I believe in empowering people to thrive in life and in business by inspiring them to do the things they love.
I have over twenty exciting years of real-world management experience; in financial services, as Vice-President, and the retailing industry. I founded Rioxa Consulting to serve and make a difference to the Financial Services industry and Small to Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) by considering the rapid context in which we NOW operate. This requires 2020 focused leadership, innovation in delivery and creative consulting services with ease. SME Business leaders deserve a more focused and effective service.
I provide a variety of professional services including leadership & business strategy, consulting, coaching, mentoring and change management. I successfully formed effective relationships with clients and stakeholders on projects in Europe and the U.S. I am passionate about the future of work, continuous improvements, automation, Lean 6 Sigma, Quality Management Systems and Artificial Intelligence.
I am an energetic and resourceful trainer and international speaker with deep experience in the above topics. Invited speaker
at forums and conferences in Frankfurt, Budapest, London, Barcelona, etc. I have studied with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Liverpool John Moores University, Trinity College University of Dublin and Complutense University of Madrid. Active sport-man: swimmer, cyclist and marathon runner, recently completing the Glendalough Mountain, Kilkenny Medieval and Dublin Marathons.
I live in Dublin with my wife and our two children with regular travel to Madrid, Barcelona, Warsaw, London and Frankfurt. I am also the upcoming author of a book on life and business transformation which will be launched in 2020.
